It is recommended for use on medium- coarse hair textures and dark levels (level 5 or darker). Power Blonde is low in ammonia and uses persulfates and silicates to decolorize natural and synthetic pigments for our most powerful lift. Power Blonde contains the Bond Fuser Technology. This is a unique complex that shields existing disulfide bonds and creates new bonds, helping to keep hair strong during the lift.*
