Use Neutralizing Blonde Spray as a pre-toner to achieve cool or ashy blonde tones or before using Keune Color Craving, Keune Tinta Color, Keune Semi Color. Suitable for use as a stand-alone toner if you need to neutralize yellow shades on hair. The spray contains blue and violet pigments that neutralize unwanted warm shades of levels 8, 9 and 10. The neutralizing effect is temporary and will wash off over time.
